about me

ivana čergeťová

Hi, my name is Ivana Čergeťová, and I will be guiding you through this programme as a psychologist, therapist, lecturer and facilitator of the whole process.

My professional background connects psychology, therapy, coaching, education and group work. For more than 20 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, teams and groups. My work is grounded in research, psychology, neuroscience, body-oriented work, attachment theory, systemic approaches, and experience from teaching, supervision and project management.

I studied psychology and hold a PhD in Social and Organisational Psychology. I have also completed several therapeutic and coaching trainings, all with one shared goal: to better understand how people think, feel, protect themselves, connect with others and search for meaning.

I was born in Slovakia, but today I work across Europe. I have also been living in Spain for a long time, so I sometimes feel like a digital nomad with a suitcase full of psychology, neuroscience, sunshine and curiosity.

I enjoy explaining complex ideas in a human, clear and practical way. I believe that deep work does not have to feel heavy, and that professional knowledge can also be alive, embodied, experiential and useful in everyday life.

When I'm not working, you will most likely find me by the ocean, somewhere in the sun, with a book, a coffee or a new idea.

During the programme, other members of the team and I will be available to support you with organisation, practical questions and anything you may need during your stay.

I'm really looking forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and creating a safe space together for learning, rest, discovery and shared experience.
