Relationships are where our deepest patterns surface the fastest. Where we react before we think. Where the same situations repeat — with a partner, with parents, with colleagues, with ourselves — despite our best intentions.
Emotional regulation isn't about feeling less. It's about being carried by an emotion — not swept away by it.
This retreat works on three levels simultaneously: mind (beliefs and patterns through NLP), body (nervous system and somatic work), and relationship (attachment theory and relational styles). Because change that doesn't reach the body doesn't reach relationships either.

You know what you should say. You know how you want to behave. And yet — in certain situations, a reaction arrives that you can't control. Tears, anger, withdrawal, freezing. This is work with the nervous system, not with willpower.
The same patterns keep repeating in relationships.
Different person, same situation. Different partner, same pain. Recurring conflicts, recurring feelings of rejection or control. Patterns don't appear by accident — and they can be changed.
You don't know where you end and the other person begins.
You absorb the emotions of people around you. Saying no is hard. You feel responsible for how others feel. Or the opposite — emotional closeness feels dangerous and you shut down. Both are responses of the nervous system.
You want to understand, not just survive.
Managing the situation isn't enough for you. You want to know why it works this way — in you, in others, between you. And you want practical tools, not just insight.

The daily rhythm is intentional. Not overfull. Every block has room to breathe — because integration doesn't happen during the exercise. It happens after.
Day I — Friday: Arrival and Grounding
- Arrival from 2:00 PM, settling in
- Welcome circle — who we are, why we're here, what each person brings
- Opening processes — mapping your own relational patterns and attachment style
- Shared dinner
- Evening by the fire — informal, unstructured
Day II — Saturday: Deep Work
- Morning movement in the fresh air
- Morning block — NLP processes: beliefs about relationships, triggers, defensive patterns
- Lunch and free time in nature
- Afternoon block — somatic work: how emotion lives in the body and how to regulate it
- Evening integration circle
Day III — Sunday: Integration and Departure
- Morning movement or a quiet walk
- Closing block — new patterns into practice: concrete emotional regulation tools for everyday relationships

- Closing circle, farewell

Štiavnica Hills — the heart of Slovakia
The Štiavnica Hills Protected Landscape Area. A historic terrain of thousands of hectares of forest and meadow, and air you'll remember for years. Ten minutes from Banská Štiavnica — a UNESCO town with the most powerful atmosphere in Slovakia.
Accommodation is in a private estate — no other guests, no hotel noise. Each room with its own character: clay-and-herb plasters, poetic details, the feeling of being somewhere that feels like home. A shared dining table where things get said that wouldn't be said anywhere else.

What's included: 2 nights accommodation in a private estate. Full board (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch). Morning movement every day. NLP processes and work with attachment patterns. Who will guide you?
I am Ivana Čergeťová, a psychologist, relationship therapist and facilitator. I work at the intersection of the psychology of safety, body-based work and systemic approaches.
I do not lead retreats as a lecturer. I lead them as a guide: someone who walks with you, not ahead of you.
I know Palermo. And I know what its beauty can do to the human nervous system. Palermo regulates. It slows you down. And in a city where every stone carries a thousand years of history, something inside you naturally begins to soften.
